1、Warranty & Guarantee

All electric bikes sold by EBIKEFUSION are brand new, factory-direct products. Each e-bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, if the customer identifies any non-human damage, we will provide free replacement parts and shipping.
After the warranty period ends, the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.
To help customers resolve part-related issues quickly, accessories purchased separately are offered at cost price and are not covered under warranty, except for DOA (Dead on Arrival).

⚠️ Please Note:

Second-hand e-bikes and modified e-bikes are not eligible for warranty.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2、Warranty Coverage Table

Basic Components Tires 1 month Factory defects only. Excludes punctures, low pressure, pothole damage.
Saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines 3 months Wear and tear not included.
Fenders, pedals, grips, cranks, chains, derailleurs, racks, flywheel, horn, bell, kickstands 6 months Not covered if damaged by collision or misuse.
Electronic Parts Controller, charger, LCD display, throttle, sensors 12 months Short circuits, burnouts, or faults from normal use. Not covered: water damage or external cuts.
Headlights, taillights 6 months Factory defects only.
Motor Components Motor 12 months Coil damage, magnet problems, shell cracking, abnormal noise. Not covered: misuse or tire issues.
Hall sensor, motor bearings 12 months Covers burnt wires, bearing failure, etc.
Battery System Battery, battery case, terminals 12 months Covers no charging, no power output, or ≤60% capacity. No warranty restart for replacements. Excludes water or impact damage.
The Following Conditions Are NOT Covered by Warranty
  1. Damage resulting from failure to follow the "Instruction Manual" for proper use, maintenance, or adjustment.
  2. Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications.
  3. Accidents, misuse, improper storage, or other external causes.
  4. Repair costs from third-party service centers without written consent.
  5. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging or accessories caused by logistics.
  6. Items returned without our written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  7. Consumable parts such as tires, saddles, plastic parts, brake pads, brake rotors, brake lines, and surface scratches.

3、How to Apply for Warranty

Step 1: Take clear pictures or a short video showing the issue.
Step 2: Send an email to service@ebikefusion.com with:
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the problem
  • Your order number
  • The platform where you purchased the e-bike
Step 3: Our support team will diagnose the issue. If the problem is clear, a solution will be provided.
Step 4: If further diagnostics are required, we’ll send you a troubleshooting guide. Please follow it and return the necessary media for evaluation.
Step 5: Once approved, we will confirm your shipping address and send the appropriate replacement parts.
